PURPOSE:To use a shared input/output device without another communication device by providing a means, which holds a bus use request of its own system and detects a bus use request of another system to report it to a processor of its own system, in a bus connecting device. CONSTITUTION:When a processor 42 uses an input/output device 53 connected to a common bus 3, the processor 42 uses an inter-processor communication device to request the use to a processor 41. If the use of the input/output device 53 can be interrupted, the processor 41 transmits a release command to a bus connecting device 71. When the processor 41 interrupts the processing and releases the bus connecting device 71 from the connection state, a bus connecting device 72 detects this state change and starts the data transfer to the processor 42. When receiving the command of data transfer from the bus connecting device 72, the processor 42 transmits a connecting command to the bus connecting device 72 to set the common bus 3 to the connection state and uses the input/output device 53.
