PURPOSE:To increase the condensing efficiency, by enabling to extract condensed medium adhering to the inside wall of a pipe in wide range, by providing vanes to an electrode, in a device to extract medium condensed on the pipe wall, utilizing high voltage. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 represents a condensing pipe into which Freon steam or the like is introduced. A cross-shaped electrode 2 is inserted into the pipe 1 and is fixed to the inside of it. The electrode 2 has four radial vanes 3. When high voltage is applied to the electrode 2, a medium condensing and adhering to the inside wall of a piep 1 is drawn toward the tip 31 of a vane 3 as shown in P1 in the figure, and it goes further, flowing to the direction of the radial center 33 of a vane 3, passing through a channel 4 as shown in P2. Then it goes downstreams as shown in P3. |
