PURPOSE:To prevent the palm of the hand from becoming sweaty at driving without separating it from a wheel by providing a sweat-type air blow-off port at the rear side of the stationary holding location of a ring section. CONSTITUTION:An annular-type accumulator 4 with a circular opening groove 3 on a rear wall is arranged on the external surface of a boss section 5. The circular opening groove 3 is sealed in the accumulator 4 and an annular type rotary plate 6 is fit so as to enable relative rotation. In addition, an air flow-in nozzle 13 is protruded at the rear side of the rotary plate 6. An air blow-off port 2 is tightly connected to the inner part of the chamber of the accumulator 4. Each air blow-off port 2 is connected to the inner part of the chamber of the accumulator 4 through an elbow type flow-out nozzle 16 protruded from a hollow ring section 14, hollow spoke section core metal 15, and the accumulator 4. |
