PURPOSE:To transmit a call signal and a parity code at the outside of voice data by transmitting a parity verifying code while using different methods in using the said code depending on the normal state and the transmission of the call signal to use a start-stop synchronizing code transceiver on market. CONSTITUTION:A logical value 0 is given normally to an input terminal B and a code transmitter 1 transmits voice data in an odd parity. A code receiver 2 discriminates the propriety of the parity code, outputs the result to a terminal at each code string and an error rate counter 3 supervises the quality of transmission line. On the other hand, the code transmitter 1 switches and transmits an odd number and an even number parity depending on logical values 0, 1 in response to the call signal given to the input terminal B at the transmission of call signal. Since the odd parity is set to the code receiver 2, the receiver outputs a logical value 0 or 1 depending on the odd number and the even parity at the transmission side. This signal is inputted to a call signal receiver 4, which discriminates a signal of a specific pattern inputted thereto as the call signal and decodes and detects the signal. |
