The reinforcing structure uses set of e.g. four tubes (31) to form a square or rectangular tower, stiffened on its four sides by horizontal tubes (35,36). Two tubes (35) for two opposite sides are connected immediately below two tubes (36) for the two remaining sides, so that both ends of all horizontal tubes can be used for connection to the vertical tubes. These ends can be leaf springs, which fit round the vertical tube for an angle greater than 180 deg. Alternatively, the ends can be formed from wire (40,50) bent into loops to fit round the tube, each loop having parallel horizontal arms (41,42) at top and bottom. These designs can also be used for square vertical elements. ADVANTAGES - The system simplifies both transport and assembly of the components.
