When manufacturing floors using the partial prefabricated construction method, it is desirable to lay the installations in the interspace of a false floor. In this context, it is important also to carry out further laying or re-laying in such a false floor retrospectively, if necessary. For this purpose, it is proposed, starting from a sandwich construction having a lower concrete slab (8) and an upper concrete slab (2), that the upper concrete slab (2) comprising a floating concrete screed with a smooth outer surface be joined to the lower concrete slab (8), constituting the load-bearing floor, being reinforced and likewise comprising a smooth outer surface, via a footstep-sound insulating layer (4) suitably recessed to form installation ducts (5). <IMAGE>
