PURPOSE:To facilitate the preparation of a valve piece and reduce the weight of the valve by forming the valve piece from a conical part and a cylindrical part through drawing work for a metal material and forming an opened port between the seal surface of the conical part and the cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:When fluid flows-in from a stopper part 16 side, the valve piece 14 of a check valve 17 contacts with a valve seat 11, and the opened port 18 of the valve seat 11 is closed by the seal surface 14e of the conical part 14a, of the valve piece 14, and the flow of the fluid which flows-in from the stopper part 16 side is suppressed. When fluid flows-in from the valve seat 11 side, the rear edge 14f of the cylindrical part 14b of the valve piece 14 contacts with the stopper part 16, and the fluid which flows-in from the valve seat 11 side is introduced into the inside 14c of the valve piece 14 through the opened port 14d of the valve piece 14 and flows-out to the stopper part 16 side. Thus, the valve piece 14 is simply prepared through drawing molding for a thin metal plate and made lightweight, and can be smoothly shifted in accordance with the flow of the fluid. |
