PURPOSE:To prevent a fluid from flowing out in great quantities due to damage of a meter, or leakage and damage in a flow path to the meter from a pressure transmitting device, by providing a moving plate which divides into two the inside of a body which is cylindrical and whose both end parts are communicating to a pressure meter and the fluid, respectively, and also moves in the axial direction of the body. CONSTITUTION:An O-ring 5 is fitted into the circumference of a moving plate 4, and a space contained in a body 3 is divided into two by this moving plate. When a cock 02 is opened, a fluid flowing in a pipe P goes into one chamber partitioned by the moving plate 4 of the body 3. As a result, the fluid pushes the moving plate 4 in accordance with its pressure, and a pressure gauge S receives its pressure through hydraulic fluid, and displays the pressure. When damage is generated in the pressure gauge S or a pressure leading pipe 01, or the connecting part is loosened in the course of a measurement extending over many hours, the hydraulic fluid leaks from said part. When the working oil leaks, the moving plate 4 moves by being pushed by a fluid pressure, and in the end, all the hydraulic fluid is pushed out of the inside of the body 3. However, since the moving plate 4 divides the inside of the body 3 completely, it does ot occur that the fluid flowing in the pipe P flows out. |
