摘要 A measuring device for determining the difference in the variation in the impedance of a first sensor coil (2) serving as measuring coil and a second sensor coil (12) thermally coupled to the first coil (2) and serving as reference coil, is proposed, in which the first sensor coil (2) is situated opposite a test object, the distance of which from said coil (2) is variable, and in which the second sensor coil (12) outputs a measurement signal which is independent of the position-dependent signal of the first coil (2) and serves for the temperature compensation of the position-dependent signal of the first coil (2). In this arrangement, a generator (G) is provided for generating sinusoidal, triangular or rectangular operating voltages of the two sensor coils (2, 12), and a measuring instrument is provided for detecting the difference in the subvoltages produced via the sensor coils (2, 12). The entire measuring device serves in this case to detect the pressure of a liquid or gaseous medium with the aid of a diaphragm, which serves as test object and is fixed relative to the two sensor coils (2, 12) but can be deflected as a function of pressure (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
