PURPOSE:To change the attitude of a sheet under transport, continuously by setting parts of an endless belt on rolls in such a way as meeting each other, by allowing a sheet loaded from one of the ends of this meeting point to be rotated and inverted together with said belt, and by exhausting from the other end. CONSTITUTION:In a sheet attitude change device 15, an endless belt 16 is set on rolles 17a-17l, and parts 16a, 16b of this belt are met by the rolls 17a, 17g and separated by the ones 17f, 17h. Meantime, these parts of the belt are rotated 90 deg. and inverted by the roll 17b, inverted again by the rolls 17c, 17d, and further rotated and inverted by the roll 17e to be then sent to the rolls 17f, 17h. A sheet 9 inserted from one of the ends of the meeting parts 16a, 16b of the belt in said arrangement will be rotated 90 deg. and inverted by the rolls 17b, inverted by the 17c, 17d, and further rotated 90 deg. and inverted by the roll 17c to be exhausted from the other end while taking the changed attitude. |
