PURPOSE:To quickly and easily perform the fitting work of each component by arranging an annular type sealing member with elasticity between the inner surface of a piston and the outer surface of a boss section. CONSTITUTION:Inside and outside annular type sealing members 23 and 24 with elasticity are fit in annular type inside and outside sealing grooves 21 and 22 formed the inner and outer surfaces 18a and 18b of a piston 18, respectively. The outside annular type sealing section member 24 is formed with slightly larger outside diameter l7 than the outside diameter l6 of a piston 18 and is made to elastically contact the inner surface 10a of a cylinder 10 and then liquid-tightly seals the section between the cylinder 10 and piston 18. The inside annular type sealing member 23 is formed with slightly smaller inside diameter l2 than the inside diameter l5 of the piston 18 and is made to elastically contact the outer surface 4a of a boss section 4 and then liquid-tightly seals the section between the piston 18 and screw section 4.
