In the formulas, R1 is aromatic hydrocarbon contg. one or two aromatic rings or C4-37 cyclic hydrocarbon; R21, R22, R23, and R24 are the same or different, C2-17 aliphatic hydrocarbon; R31, R32, R33 and R34 are the same or different, C2-22 aliphatic hydrocarbon, on aromatic hydrocarbon; n1, n2, n3, and n4 are 0 or 1-20 (n1+n2+n3+n4=1-20); and m1, m2, m3, and m4 are 0 or 1 (m1+m2+m3+m4=1-4).
