The object of improving the swelling and shrinking behaviour in addition the an improvement in strength is achieved according to the invention in that the starting mass consists of 50 to 99.8 parts of anhydrite and activator salts, zero to 50 parts of superfine aggregates, 0.1 to 1 part of plasticiser and 0.1 to 1 part of an adhesion promoter.</p>
