PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit configuration by using a resistor for removing ripple components in an integrated circuit also as a resistor for removing the ripple component for an external circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TR' for removing a ripple, a resistor R' for removing a ripple, and a circuit load RL' for a power amplifier are internally provided in an integrated circuit IC. The collectors of both a transistor TR for removing an external ripple and the transistor TR' in the integrated circuit IC are connected to a power souce terminal, and the bases of them are connected to a terminal to be connected with external capacitor C of the integrated circuit IC. The emitters of the transistors TR, TR' are respectively connected to loads RL, RL'. The resistor R' for removing the ripple component in the integrated circuit IC is also used as a resistor for removing the ripple component for the external circuit. |
