PURPOSE:To improve productivity without liquefying evaporated triethyl amine, etc. or by shortening the time for curing by communicating and connecting an evaporating chamber with and to a gas feed port of a gushing box in proximity thereto. CONSTITUTION:An ejector pin 34 is inserted into a sand charging hole 7a by the operation of an ejector cylinder 31 and compressed air is supplied through an air piping 13 to an evaporating chamber 12; at the same time, an injecting pump 15 is operated to eject and evaporate triethyl amine from a sub tank 17 and through an injecting nozzle 14, thereby forming a curing gas. When the curing gas is fed through a feed port 9 into a gas box 8, the curing gas flows into the cavity part of a bottom metallic mold 6 and a top metallic mold 7 which are mated with each other and at the same time the gas flows through the inside of the molding sand in the cavity and is discharged through the vent hole of the mold 6. The compressed air and the pump 5 are stopped to stop supplying the curing gas after the curing gas is supplied for a prescribed time and the molding sand is cured. |
