发明名称 OILLESS STRUCTURE OF SLIDING SURFACE IN VANE PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow a vane pump to operate smoothly with no oil by providing grooves of a predetermined pattern on the sliding surface of a pump housing, etc. then filling and solidifying a solid lubricant made by impregnating the lubricating oil into thermosetting resin serving as a binder in these grooves. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 21 of a predetermined pattern is formed on the sliding surface (inner peripheral surface) of a housing 1 as shown in the figure, and a solid lubricant 23 made of thermosetting resin serving as a binder is fitted in the grooves 21. The solid lubricant 23 is impregnated with the lubricating oil after it is heated and solidified in the grooves 21. Accordingly, the solid lubricant 23 filled in the grooves 21 and the impregnated lubricating oil is expanded all over the sliding surface when the housing 1 and vanes 15 are slided together and is stuck to all areas, thus it becomes equivalent to the whole sliding surface coated with an impregnated lubricant, and a sliding surface with a low coefficient of friction can be obtained. Thereby, an occurrence of scuffing is prevented, the generation of friction heat is suppressed low, and a vane pump can be smoothly operated with no oil.
