PURPOSE:To raise the reinforcing effect of the ground by a method in which a hook is attached to the upside center of the body of a top-shaped block, iron bars are set into the axial leg, and a reinforcing plate is attached to the downside of the axial leg. CONSTITUTION:A top-shaped block consists of a body 3 and an axial leg 4, and a steel wire 8 is inserted into a hook 5 serving as a hanging hook when handling the top-shaped block. The hook 5 and the steel wire 8 are fixed by welding in such a way as to avoid the iclination and settlement of a specific top-shaped block. The axial leg 4 is reinforced by iron bars 6 to prevent the breaking accident of the top-shaped block when handling. A reinforcing plate 7 is covered on the lower end face of the axial leg 4 for protection, whereby preventing the breaking accident of the lower end portion of the leg 4 when handling or laying the top-shaped blocks.
