<p>PURPOSE:To provide a reduction in running cost and the size of a device and a simplification of operation control by performing agitation and aeration in a sludge culturing stage thereby increasing the volume of the sludge-like material formed by the action of bacteria and the metabolic waste contg. oxidized enzyme, etc. as far as possible. CONSTITUTION:A soln. mixture contg. activated sludge-like material and waste water contg. org. materials formed in a sludge culturing stage 1 are brought physiochemically into reaction in a short time in a biological reaction stage 2 so that the polluting components contained in the waste water are made into the state permitting a solid-liquid sepn. A part of the soln. mixture contg. sludge-like material formed in the stage 2 is fed at the same instant to the stage 1, where the material is exposed to the condition suitable for living and propagating of the bacteria contained in the soln. mixture. The sludge-like material formed by the action of the bacteria and the metabolic product contg. oxidized enzyme, etc. are propagated as far as possible.</p> |
