The drum lifting wich functions in combination with a motor-driven crane without a special vehicle, and comprises a support beam which in the centre of its top side has a holder for a crane. On each side of the holder are lifting arms. These arms are adjustable to the width of a drum to be lifted and lockable. - At the bottom of the lift arms are shaft pins of metal directed with their outer ends towards each other, and encased in nylon bushes. These bushes are movable in bearing housings on the lifting arms, and have varying dimensions so that they fit the different hole diameters in cable drums when they are inserted with the shaft pins. |
