PURPOSE:To make a die into an optimum shape and shorten time of designing and manufacturing by arranging sub-guide posts, a spring, a fastening bolt and a knock pin according to a computer aided design system. CONSTITUTION:Positions of sub-guide posts 15 that guide the die plate 8 of a press die and a punch plate 11 are arranged linear symmetrically at specified dimension in the direction of X-axis which is the direction of shifting of the material at four corners of the plates 8, 11. A spring 18 that presses a stripper plate 16 against the material, a bolt 25 that fastens a guide plate 23 to the die plate 8 and a knock pin 24 for positioning are arranged on the first straight line connecting the centers of sub-guide posts 15. Then, a bolt 26 that fastens the die plate 8 to a die holder 1 and a knock pin 10 for positioning are arranged on the second straight line outside of the first straight line. |
