PURPOSE:To process an organic mixture in high processability in a short time, by adding a solution containing the oxidase produced by aerobic microbes, facultative anaerobe, etc. to an organic mixture, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction, enzymatic reaction, etc. CONSTITUTION:A solid or slurry organic mixture containing less than specific amount of water and composed of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, or their arbitrary combinations, is thrown into a reactor, and then the reactor is charged with aerobic microbes including a strain belonging to Zoogloea genus, facultative anaerobes including a strain belonging to Bacillus genus, or a solution of a metabolic product containing oxidase produced by the activity of the above microbes. The mixture is preferably stirred to proceed the bonding, granulation, coagulation, condensation and polymerization reaction caused by the chemical reaction of the organic mixture or the enzymatic reaction caused by the enzymatic component, and to effect the processing of the organic mixture.
