PURPOSE:To decrease in the cost of a system as a whole without using a large- scaled computer by using a memory card, supplying automatically the parts used at respective processes, reducing the space of the parts storing place of respective processes and using the memory card. CONSTITUTION:The parts used for a parts warehouse 30 of the system are stored, controlled at a production control room 40 and the section among respective processes A-C of the warehouse 30 and respective production lines is connected by parts supplying conveyers 51-53. The product completed at respective processes A-C is conveyed to a product warehouse 60 by an assembling conveyer 55. At such a time, an IC card 1 to build in the memory by an EPROM, EEROM, etc., and the program to control the memory is used. The contents of the card 1 are read by a card reader 3a based upon the control of a reader control device 3b of a reading device 3, and transferred to a control part 5a of a parts summarizing device 5. In accordance with the supplied program, an actuator 5b is driven for respective processes and the parts are supplied to respective processes A-C by conveyers 51-53. |
