PURPOSE:To maintain the specified temp. of a flux with simple constitution and to coat uniformly the flux on a printed wiring board or the like by controlling a heater and a cooling fan in accordance with the result obtd. by detection with a temp. detecting part. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed through an air pipe 3, the air is fed through a foaming pipe 2 into a flux 10, by which the flux 10 is foamed and is stuck on a printed wiring board 13, etc. A temp. detecting part 9 is provided in the flux 10, and the temp. of the flux 10 is detected by said part. A heater 5 and a cooling fan 8 are controlled by a control part 11 in accordance with said temp. Always specified temp. of the flux 10 is thus maintained irrespectively of the temp. of the outdoor air and the flux is foamed to the specified size. The flux is thus coated always uniformly on the board 13. |
