PURPOSE:The titled composition having high speed of crystallization, having improved molding properties such as low-temperature mold, releasability, surface characteristics, etc., and improved impact resistance, obtained by blending a polyepoxy compound with a modified ethylenic copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 60-99pts.wt. polyester consisting essentially of repeating unit of ethylene terephthalate is blended with (B) 0.05-15pts.wt. polyepoxy compound and (C) 0.95-39.95pts.wt., preferably 3-25pts.wt. modified ethylenic copolymer obtained by grafting 0.05-5wt%, preferably 0.1-2wt% alpha,beta- unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative onto an ethylenic copolymer. A polyepoxy compound containing a polyoxyalkylene chain and an epoxy group, especially diglycidyl ether of polyalkylene glycol or its derivative is preferable as the component B. The composition may be blended with a fiber reinforcing agent or an inorganic filler.
