PURPOSE:To warm a throttle valve so as to efficiently prevent the generation of icing, by allowing engine cooling water to flow in the valve shaft itself to which the throttle valve is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 13 is set in the downstream of a Venturi part 8 in a carburetor 4 through a hollow valve shaft 12. Supporting left and right parts of the valve shaft 12 by a flange part 6 and serving respectively as a left supporting part 15 and right supporting part 16, bushes 17 are interposed between the both supporting parts 15, 16 and the flange part 6. A left warm water passage 18 and a right warm water passage 19 extended in the peripheral direction of the left and the right supporting parts 15, 16 are provided in the flange part 6, and the right warm water passage 19 is connected to the outlet of a water jacket 26 through a warm water introducing path 38, while the left warm water passage 18 is connected to the outlet side of a radiator 34 through a warm water discharge path 41. |
