PURPOSE:To make a titled device simple and small and enable to prevent lowering of accuracy of detection and durability by detecting coming out of left and right welding current of weaving from left and right blind sector current zones and discriminating deviation of a torch from a weld line. CONSTITUTION:A welding torch 10 is woven by a weaving device 8, and the welding current is detected by a current detecting section 25. This is compared with blind sector current zone of blind sector current zone setting sections 26L, 26R corresponding to width of weaving and set welding current set beforehand on left side and right side of weaving by comparing sections 27L, 27R. Welding current off from the blind sector current zone detected by comparing sections 27L, 27R is integrated by memory sections 28L, 28R and stored temporarily, and horizontal and vertical deviation is discriminated by a discriminating section 29 basing on each memory signal. Basing on this discriminating signal, an instruction section 30 sends out a correction signal to a horizontal torch driving section 5 or a vertical torch driving section 6, and deviation of the torch 10 from the weld line 2 is corrected. |
