PURPOSE:To enable distribution of powder and granules in each distributing pipe through an expanding part as uniformly as possible in both volume and grain size distributions by disposing kick plates for bringing the powder and granules fed through a main pipe into the expanding part into collision and contacting with said plates to disperse respectively uniformly the powder and granules over plural stages. CONSTITUTION:Kick plates 15-17 having a cross sectional DELTA shape for bringing the powder and granules respectively fed into an expanding part 12 expanding gradually the end part of a main pipe 11 in right and left directions into collision and contact with said plates and dispersing uniformly the powder and granules by the mechanical impact thereof are disposed over plural stages spaced from each other in a distributor consisting of said main pipe 11, the expanding part 12 and respective distributing pipes 13-13d which are continuous with the expanding part and are internally partitioned to a plurality by partition plates 14. More specifically, the powder and granules fed in the main pipe are brought into collision and contact with the respective kick plates and are uniformly and successively dispersed in both volume and grain size distribution by the mechanical impacts thereof, by which the powder and granules are distributed to each distributing pipe. |
