PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled product of an accurate shape continuously by mutually turning extruded plastic sheets in the inner directions and passing the sheets between a smooth hold-down roll and a reticulate type roll, and varying the peripheral speed thereof relatively. CONSTITUTION:Plastic raw material such as polyethylene is fed to the hopper 2 of an extruder 1 and extruded as a sheet from a die 3, passed between a die roll 4, a circumferential surface thereof has necessary reticulate stripped grooves and the inside thereof has a cooling mechanism, and a hold-down roll 5, and wound on a winding roll 7 through a draw-out roll. The hold-down roll 5 and the die roll 4 are turned mutually in the inner directions at that time, and peripheral speed is changed to 1:1.5-3 or 1.5-3:1, thus obtaining an aimed product. |
