摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily calibrate the amplification ratio between the channels of a detector with high accuracy, in spectroscopic spectrum measurement, by using the ratio of a count number per a unit time and the integration value of output voltage as an index. CONSTITUTION:The charge from a microchannel plate 6 is collected by each plate 7 and converted to pulse voltage by an amplifier 8 to be supplied to an amplification ratio controller 12. When a calibration signal is inputted to a control part 20, the selection signal of a channel 1 is sent to a multiplexer 13 and an amplification ratio setting device 19 while the output of an amplifier 8a is introduced into an integration circuit 15 to count pulse exceeding a set value and, after a unit time, the count value is converted by a D/A converter 18 to be sent to a dividing device 17. This dividing device 17 calculates the ratio of integration output and the voltage corresponding to the count value per a unit time and the voltage thereof is supplied to the setting device 19 which in turn sets a control value by using predetermined coefficient and determines the amplification ratio of the amplifier 8a. Similarly, each amplification ratio of a channel 2 and succeeding channels is determined.
