PURPOSE:To obtain a logical circuit having a high-speed operation with low power consumption by providing a diode train having an end connected to the emitter of each transistor and the other end connected to a current source respectively. CONSTITUTION:A signal of level ''1'' and other signals of level ''0'' are supplied to a train of input terminals 3, and therefore the emitter is set at a high level for a transistor having its input set at level ''1'' among those of a transistor train 2. At the same time, the connected diode conducts and the current of a lead-in current source 8 flows to the diode. This current is coded by an encoder matrix 4 and emerges at an output terminal 5. The diode conducts while the transistor emitter is kept at a high level, and a sweep current is flowing. Thus the electric charge stored during a high level of the emitter is discharged quickly to set the level at ''0''. |
