PURPOSE:To make suitable the ratio of space heating capacity to hot water supplying capacity thereby improving hot water discharging characteristics, by dividing a heat exchanger for combustion into two sections, and using one of the sections on the hot temperature side, that is, adjacent to a burner for a heating circuit, and the other section for a hot water supplying circuit. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 2 for combustion for producing hot water by a burner 1 and a pump 3 for circulating the hot water produced in the heat exchanger 2 via a radiator 4 for heating a living room are provided. The heat exchanger 2, the pump 3 and the radiator 4 constitute the heating circuit 5 that is a closed loop. A heat exchanger 6 for supplying hot water that is produced by indirect heating is provided in the circuit 5. In the hot water supplying and space heating apparatus 9, the heat exchanger 2 for combustion is divided into a primary heat exchanger 2a on the burner side and a secondary heat exchanger 2b located downstream of the primary heat exchanger. The primary heat exchanger 2a is used for a space heating circuit, while the secondary heat exchanger 2b is connected with the heat exchanger 6 in series to constitute a hot water supplying circuit with the heat exchanger 6 located upstream. Thus the ratio of the heating capacity to the hot water supplying capacity is made suitable. |
