PURPOSE:To utilize a display terminal device efficiently by providing a circuit connection adaptor which analyzes a circuit selection signal and performs a circuit connection between the display terminal device and a display controller. CONSTITUTION:The display terminal device CRT4-m is powered on. Then, the signal analyzing circuit in a circuit change connection adaptor 3 connected thereto detects the power-on operation and sends out a circuit selection urging mes- sage to the CRT4-m. The CRT4-m receiving it sends out the circuit selection signal by the hitting of a circuit connection indication key. The signal analyzing circuit detects and analyzes it and sends information on it to the circuit connection commanding circuit in the adaptor 3 to command the switching circuit in the adaptor 3 to make a connection with a circuit. Thus, the switching circuit connects the CRT4-m to the circuit of the command display controller 2-m.
