PURPOSE:To obtain the titled display board at low cost by spin-processing the surface of a beltlike material, in which adhesives are applied on the back of a synthetic resin film, by abrasives, printing the surface, coating it with a transparent film and cutting the beltlike material to a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:A beltlike material 1 in which pressure-sensitive adhesives 4 are applied on the back of a synthetic resin film 3 with a surface having a metallic gloss such as a polyester film and exfoliating paper 5 is pasted on the back is made travel intermittently, and passed through a spin processing device 10 and a printer 6. Circular abrasives of proper roughness are turned slightly as a turn or more while being brought into contact by appropriate pressure and the material is spin-processed in the spin processing device 10, and chips on processing are removed. A transparent coating film 30 is pasted on the whole region of the surface of the film after printing, and layers upper than the exfoliating paper 5 are cut to a desired shape by a cutter 9. The films are separated from the exfoliating paper 5 one by one at every use, and may be pasted on an operating knob, etc.
