<p>A gate valve is disclosed comprising a housing having an inlet spigot (1) and an outlet spigot (2). It includes a movable valve member (23) provided with two sealing plates (26, 27) and an orifice plate (33). Two servo-pistons (20, 40) are rigidly connected to the valve member (23) and are guided in cylinders (4, 5) disposed diametrically opposite one another on the spigots. The invention reduces the overall space requirement for the valve and the servo-drive.</p> |
