<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cores free from occurrence of a sweet potato-like small, a cause of unpleasantness, by squeezing juice from heat-treated pineapple cores under pressure or by centrifuging and adding salt to the cores. CONSTITUTION:Cores of pineapples are passed through a steam tunnel so they are heat-treated and juice is squeezed from the cores under pressure by a pressing maching or by a centrifugal separator. Then, the salt is added to the cores from which the juice is squeezed and the cores the blended with the salt and packaged to give the aimed cores.</p> |
