PURPOSE:To perform the switching of an AC line regardless of a current phase angle by flowing out the base current to be flowed to an NPN transistor in the form of the base current of a PNP transistor. CONSTITUTION:An NPN transistor TRQ1 and a PNP TRQ2 are used, and the emitters of these TRs are connected to each other. Then a base current 2 is supplied to the base of the TRQ1 from a driving circuit U4 and then flowed out of the base of the TRQ2. Thus both TRQ1 and Q2 are driven at a time. Therefore an AC line 1 is closed while the current 2 is flowing and opened when no current 2 is flowed regardless of the direction of the flowing current. |
