PURPOSE:To improve the heat conveying performance by providing a seal member between an annular partition member fixed on the inner surface of a stationary shell and an annular partition member which is fixed on the outer surface of an inner tube to vertically oppose the former annular partition member. CONSTITUTION:An annular partition member 17 is fixed on the inner surface of a stationary shell 1, and an annular partition member 18 on the outer surface of an inner tube 2. The two partition members 17, 18 are vertically opposed with a seal member (gasket) 19 interposed inbetween. When a bolt 25 is turned to bring its tip in contact with a tapered section 23 arranged on an annular member 22, the inner tube 2 is pushed downward to cause the annular members 18, 17 to press the seal member 19 inbetween. Thus, a by-pass flow is prevented from being generated, resulting in an improvement of the heat conveying performance. |
