PURPOSE:To simplify a device in structure as well as to aim at the promotion of its lightweightiness, by inserting a collet into a shaft of a drum to be driven, while clamping it to a collet body and afterward, securing a motor tight to a worm reduction gear via a flange coupling. CONSTITUTION:In a collet 9, its outer circumferential surface is formed in section taper form, having a slit alpha in an axial direction, and at the outer circumferential end part being large in an outer diameter, a flange 11 carrying a screw part for a clamping bolt 10 is installed there. The inner circumferential surface of a collet body 12 has a taper being almost congruous with the outer circumferential taper of the collet 9, while a flange 13 is installed in the outer circumferential end part. A spur gear 15 is attached to an inside end face of the collet body 12 via a sliding plate 14. A worm reduction gear 20 is attached to a flat plate part 18 of a worm setting body 17 as well as a spur gear 21 is attached to an output shaft of the worm reduction gear 20 respectively, engaging with the spur gear 15 attached to the collet body 12. When a motor 24 is driven, a spur gear 21 is so constituted as to rotate via a flexible coupling and the worm reduction gear 20.
