PURPOSE:To enable the rapid correspondence to newly demanded specification, by forming a rubber roller main body by using a different kind of rubbers to a plurality of layers comprising an inner layer and an outer layer. CONSTITUTION:A rubber roller main body 1 equipped with a shaft bore 2 for inserting and mounting a shaft 3 to the center in the longitudinal direction thereof is formed into a plurality of layers comprising an inner layer having the shaft bore 2 formed to the inner surface thereof and an outer layer forming the outer peripheral surface of the roller. Therefore, because a rubber layer can be formed by using a rubber material suited to an object at every part, this roller can be rapidly and relatively simply correspond to newly demanded specification. |
