PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance of video image due to crosstalk from being generated by giving the identical video signal to both input buses of an effect circuit section at a period before and after the converting period giving the effective control to two video signals. CONSTITUTION:Since switch elements P1A, P1B are turned on at a period T1 before start point of time t1 of a switching period T2, the 1st video signal P1 on an input line L1 is given to buses 3A, 3B via output lines MA, MR. An effective amplifier circuit 5 selects only one bus 3A in this case and transmits the video signal P1 as an output of an effective circuit section 2. Then, time passes over a start point of time t1 of the converting period T2, the video signals P1, P2 of the input lines L1, L2 are given to the buses 3A, 3B and the output of the effective circuit 2 is converted into the signal P2 from the signal P1. When an end point of time t2 is passed over, switch elements P2A, P2B are turned, on signal P2 is given to the buses 3A, 3B, only one bus 3B is selected and the signal P2 is transmitted. |
