PURPOSE:To attain accurate color reproducibility and to prevent color blurring by setting a picture forming position on a member to be recorded at each color so as to prevent shear of color in a color picture recorder forming sequentially plural colors of pictures. CONSTITUTION:A three-color picture signal formed by spectral separation by a three-tube type color TV100 is A/D-converted with a digital signal of a prescribed bit and stored in a three-color frame memory 101. This picture information is monitored by a monitor 102 in this case. This memory 101 is interlocked with a computer 105, and processing and conversion such as gamma correction and masking of data in the memory 101 are executed by the operation of the computer 105 and the data is outputted to a color LBP106 according to the synchronizing signal. Thus, a desired value is set by the input from a registration correcting key and the adjustment of registration of each color is attained individually, allowing to correct blurring of color easily.
