PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide color photographic material superior in spectral absorption characteristics of a color forming dye, sensitivity, color density, color fastness, etc. by forming a silver halide emulsion layer contg. a specified photographic cyan coupler on a support. CONSTITUTION:A red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contg. a photographic cyan coupler of the formula (R1 is halogen, nitro, cyano, acyl, acyloxy, acylamino, imido, alkoxy, alkyloxycarbonyl, aryloxycarbonyl, or sulfamoyl; R2 is alkyl or R1; R3 is alkylene; Z is H or a group releasable by coupling with the oxidized product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent; and n is 0, 1, or 2) in an amt. of 0.07-0.7mol per mole of silver halide, a green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contg. a magenta dye forming coupler, and a blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contg. a yellow dye forming coupler are formed on a support. |
