PURPOSE:To attach both-faces adhesive tape uniformly and efficiently to an inner circumference plane of an adherend in a cylindrical shape, by feeding the tape mounted on a release paper, while it is pressed against the inner circumference plane of the pivotally supported adherend. CONSTITUTION:A release paper 4 in tape to which a both-faces adhesive tape 3 is attached, is wound clockwise on a guide post 20a and then on a guide post 20b counterclockwise via a guide 21. An adherend in a cylindrical shape 1 is pivotally mounted on rollers 7a, 7b and 7c. A cylinder 16 is extended and the roller 7c is pressed against the tape guide 21 and the release paper 4 and the adherend 1 are pressed against each other with the both faces adhesive tape 3 interposed between them. The release paper 4 is wound up and the adherend 1 is rotated in the direction of arrow C by frictional force so that the adhesive tape 3 is applied uniformly to the inner circumference plane of the adherend 1.
