The invention relates to a lamp shade which is easy to mount as well as dismount for packing and transporting at a minimum volume. The shade comprises a shroud 10 stretched between two supporting rings 20, 24 which are retained in a springing way by at least three stiffening braces 40, which are in turn united by a central retainer disc 30. The stiffening braces 40 engage with the supporting rings 20, 24 by means of easily releasable gripping means such as claws 48, and they are also releasably connected or jointed to the retainer disc 30. Hereby, the shade may be dismounted and folded together almost flattened, such that it will in this state demand inconsiderable room in the height. <IMAGE> |
