<p>PURPOSE:To dehumidify copying paper perfectly and prevent dewing of a paper feed roller by a method wherein the dehumidifying control device for the paper feeding unit of a copying machine is provided with a heater, controlled so as to be conducted automatically by the output of a humidity sensor, at every paper receiving vessels near paper feeding rollers. CONSTITUTION:The paper receiving vessels 1, 2 of the paper feeding unit are provided with accommodation units 1b, 2b, accommodating tables 1a, 2a, moving up-and-down, and the heatres 14, 15. The copying papers 3, 4 are disposed on the tables 1a, 2a and are fed by the paper feeding rollers 5, 6. A humidity sensor 13 is arranged at the proper place of the paper feeding unit. The heaters 14, 15 are conducted by the output signals S1 of the humidity sensor 13. The H-level signal S1 is outputted when the humidity is low while the same of L-level is outputted when the humidity is high. This output signal S1 is inverted through an invertor IC2 and enters into the base of a transistor Tr1. Accordingly, when the humidity is high, the transistor Tr1 is put ON, a relay SSR1 is put ON and the heaters 14, 15 are put ON.</p> |
