PURPOSE:To eliminate a compliance difference by a very simple constitution by enclosing the air into a liquid connecting path before enclosing an enclosing liquid, making both pressure receiving elements operate a constant pressure, and measuring a differential pressure of the liquid connecting path. CONSTITUTION:The air of pressure Pa is enclosed before enclosing an enclosing liquid 3 into a liquid connecting path 1 formed on a high pressure (TP) side and a low pressure (LP) side by a bellows 5 being an intermediate pressure receiving means. A static pressure Ps of constant pressure is operated on both diaphragms 4a, 4b, and a differential pressure of the high pressure side and the low pressure side of the formed liquid connecting path 1 is measured by a differential pressure sensor 15 or a detecting means. A spacer 17 for compensating a volumetric difference corresponding to the differential pressure, in other words, for giving a volumetric variation to the liqud connecting path 1 is inserted into a body 2 from adjusting holes 18, 18 which are pierced on the body and make the outside communicate with the liquid connecting path 1. The volumetric difference of the high pressure side and the low pressure side corresponding to the differential pressure is adjusted by the spacers 17, 17a and 17b, and the differential pressure is compensated. |
