PURPOSE:To simplify a tension generating device and contrive the reductions of an installation cost as well as the running cost of the device by obtaining the winding force of the filamentary material from the thermal stress between the filamentary material and the main body of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A filamentary material heating device 3 is provided at a location between the filamentary material feeding reel 14 and the main body 1 of the filamentary material winding frame 1 to heat the filamentary material 2 and risen the temperature thereof and wind it around the main body 1 of the frame rotating into the winding direction of the material. The filamentary material 2, wound around the main body 1 of the frame, is cooled to generate heat shrinkage in accordance with the cooling and generate the thermal stress between the main body 1 of the frame and the filamentary material 2, which stress is utilized as the winding force of the material 2. The filamentary material winding frame, thus manufactured, is used for the frame in which a reacting force against the load of the inside of the frame or the pressure of the inside of a pressure vessel or the like is generated by the wound filamentary material. |
