PURPOSE:To raise the carrying flexibility of stocker as well as absorb the difference in operation times between carry-in and out sides by a method in which two intermittent drive sections acting independently are provided, a roller chain connected to a stock tool is loosened between the drive sections, and the tool is stored. CONSTITUTION:A normal block 11 is retracted by contraction of an air cylinder 10, regulation to a chain 4 is removed, and at the same time a lever 12 is operated. A claw lever 14 is pressed by the lever 12 through a tie rod 13 and coupled with a ratchet 15. The air cylinder 10 extends to turn the ratchet 15. A sprocket (not illustrated) is then turned to drive the chain 4. The chain 4 is regulated by the regulatory block 11 and the tool fixed to the chain 4 is positioned. These actions are made independently in each section of carry-in and out, and thereby, the tool is stored in the chain loosened between both sections, the flexibility of the transport can thus be raised. |
