The present invention relates to a high-security locking device 1 comprising, on the opening side, an integral opening bolt 2 contained in a keeper-forming housing 4 positioned surface-mounted on the frame and actuated by one or more latches 6, and, on the pivoting side, an integral pivot bolt 7 positioned surface-mounted on the frame and equipped with devices for actuating the bolt 7 during opening; on the upper and lower sides, there is a horizontal integral bolt, the upper surface-mounted on the frame and the lower surface-mounted on the bottom of the door. c.
