PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for development of programs by interpreting automatically through a control part the control logic for discrimination and control of conditions as a data, collating the interpreted data with the state of the input equipment group and deciding a control command to send it to each equipment. CONSTITUTION:A data memory part 501 is provided together with a data control part 502, and the control logic for discrimination and control of conditions is obtained as data. This control logic is carried out by plural IF-THEN rules, and an IF-THEN rule information memory part 508 stores the information on the IF- THEN rule to which the control logic is described. The state memory part of the part 501 stores the information on an equipment group 503, the information to be carried out by the group 503 and the information concluded by the rule. Then the state stored in the state memory part is compared with the rule condition part stored in the part 508, and the contents of a concluding part are stored in the state memory part. A control indication to the group 503 is decided by the part 502. |
